Desa Penglipuran atau yang dikenal juga dengan nama Desa Wisata Penglipuran adalah salah satu kawasan wisata unggulan yang ada di Pulau Bali. Kawasan wisata desa ini diketahui terletak di Kelurahan Kubu yang masuk pada Kabupaten Bangli di Provinsi Bali. Lokasinya sangat strategis dan mudah dijangkau karena masih satu jalur dengan jalur wisata Kintamani.

Kawasan wisata Desa Penglipuran ini dapat ditempuh sekitar 5 Km dari pusat kota Bangli, atau sekitar 45 Km jika ditempuh dari pusat kota Denpasar. Bagi Anda yang tidak menginap di area kawasan wisata tersebut, maka harus menggunakan jasa sewa mobil di Bali berikut sopir saat ingin mengunjungi kawasan wisata Desa Adat Bali tersebut.
Wisata Desa Penglipuran Perkenalkan Kearifan Lokal
Tidak berbeda jauh dengan kawasan wisata lainnya, untuk memasuki Desa Wisata Penglipuran ini setiap pengunjung akan dikenakan biaya untuk membeli tiket masuk. Adapun harga tiket masuk di kawasan wisata desa ini adalah :
- Harga tiket masuk turis/wisatawan lokal :
– Orang Dewasa : Rp. 15.000 / orang
– Anak-anak : Rp. 10.000 / oran
- Harga tiket masuk turis/wisatawan asing :
– Orang Dewasa : Rp. 30.000 / orang
– Anak-anak : Rp. 25.000 / orang
Selain harus membayar tiket masuk, Anda juga akan dikenakan biaya parkir untuk kendaraan sekitar 5 ribu hingga 10 ribu rupiah untuk setiap kendaraan. Tidak perlu takut tidak kebagian lahan parkir, karena halaman parkir di depan kawasan wisata tersebut memang terhitung sangat luas. Sehingga dapat menampung parkir kendaraan dalam jumlah yang banyak.
Pintu Masuk Desa Wisata Penglipuran Bali
Pasalnya saat Anda mengunjungi kawasan wisata Desa Penglipuran memang tidak diperkenankan membawa kendaraan seperti mobil atau motor. Sehingga para turis atau wisatawan akan berjalan kaki saat ingin mengitari desa. Hal tesebut karena diketahui bahwa Desa Penglipuran ini merupakan salah satu tempat suci yang ada di Bali.
Ya, kata “Penglipuran” dalam nama desa tersebut ternyata berasal dari kata “Pengeling Pura”, atau yang artinya adalah sebuah tempat suci yang digunakan untuk mengenang para leluhur. Untuk itulah mengapa saat tiba disana dan melewati gapura depan desa, visual Anda akan menemukan jajaran rumah penduduk yang sangat rapi tertata di pinggiran jalan.
Tatanan Rumah Adat Khas Bali di Desa Wisata Penglipuran
Suasana yang sejuk nan segar akan menyambut Anda ketika mulai melangkah masuk di Desa Penglipuran ini. Hal tersebut karena diketahui bahwa letak kawasan wisata Desa Penglipuran ini berada di ketinggian 700 meter di atas permukaan laut. Hampir setiap rumah di desa wisata ini akan terlihat sama karena memiliki desain arsitektur dan material yang cenderung sama antara satu dengan lainnya. Bahkan desain pintu gerbang atau yang dikenal dengan sebutan Ankul-angkul (bangunan gerbang khas Bali) pun dimiliki oleh hampir setiap rumah dengan posisi yang saling berhadapan dan bersebrangan di sisi jalan.
Arsitektur dan Material Rumah yang Sama di Desa Wisata Penglipuran Bali
Pada pintu gerbang masuk juga Anda akan menemukan area yang bernama Catus Pata atau seperti fasilitas Balai Desa, beragam fasilitas untuk masyarakat, serta ruang terbuka. - Saat hendak berwisata kesana hendaknya pada waktu seperti saat akan menjelang Hari Raya Galungan atau setelah Hari Raya Galungan. Hari raya ini merupakan hari raya besar bagi Agama Hindu yang akan diperingati setiap 6 bulan sekali di Bali.
